Custom pet portraits

After checking out on the website, please send through photos to the email above.

Please include a clear photo you want drawn and a couple of reference photos such as closeup of the eyes or distinct features.

Let me know the name of the pet too so it can be painted on the portrait. If you do not want the name included, it can be left out.

Please make sure the photos are clear, if you are unsure whether your photos can be used, feel free to contact me before making a purchase.

A pencil draft is created within a day or two after receiving the photos. I will email you the draft for approval before proceeding to lining and painting. After that the progress will be updated on my Instagram, or through email if you wish to keep it a surprise before it reaches the recipient.

Working time

It will take me 5-7 working days to complete the drawing, a final picture will be sent to you for approval before the physical copy is mailed out.

Shipping

New Zealand:

Tracked shipping is $7 for North Island and $10 South Island. An extra +$4.50 for rural locations.

Orders are sent via NZ Post and are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days from the date you place your order (if in stock. Except for custom pet portraits)

International (with tracking):

Prices are calculated by weight.

You will be able to enter the shipping destination when you checkout, a shipping cost will be calculated by the system.

You will receive a tracking link in your e-mail once your order has been dispatched.

All orders are packed carefully and weatherproofed.

International delivery time can range from 2 weeks to over a month from past experiences, but you will be able to track the parcel along the way.

Copyright

I have full copyright of all my work, including art, crafts and photography visible on the website. The finished portraits will be documented on my website and social media, I will not duplicate personal portraits for other profits.
